Not all of my files are "easy tasks" but the ones that she has specific requests on, Shelly consistently goes above and beyond what is asked. I wanted to let you know that Julie is working on a very difficult case for me, and I have NEVER received the level of customer service that Julie and TMS are providing. Since Julie has been handling the file, I have been updated with each detail every step of the way.
I will not take on a file if the carrier does not allow me to use TMS.
- I send most of my referrals for home health and DME to TMS. Lately, most of my referrals went to Maya Hogan. She is the best!! I can send her an email for DME and she immediately responds with a call or an email letting me know the status of the request. She is so good that I don’t even consider sending my requests to another company!! She makes my job so much easier.
